I gave Janice Favela a 5 Star. She’s not like other real estate agents I have met in the past. she listen to all my concerns and all my needs. Janice really made me feel like I was part of her family. She was there for me every step of the way. Very thorough at what she does, if she didn’t know the answer she will found the answer for you. made home buying for me very easy and wonderful. I have recommended her to all my friends and family.

5 Stars ⭐️ isn’t Enough! Janice Favela is absolutely, hands-down the best realtor! She is prompt, knowledgeable, understanding, and trustworthy! She helped guide us through the home buying process and made the selling of our previous home very smooth! She sold our previous home for over asking price and was able to get our new home for under asking! She went above and beyond to help us with issues months after we had closed on our new home. We will definitely refer Janice to friends and family looking to buy or sell in the future.

The͏ BEST in the business! Hard-working, reliable and incredibly knowledgeable. Since 1994 I have been involved in many real estate transactions and unfortunately have never really had a positive experience with a realtor. They have been flakey and often just like order takers. I initially reached out to Janice in 2018 regarding my mother’s rental, that was in a not so desirable part of town, she did a market analysis and provided my mother with a lot of useful information. My elderly mother was not ready to put her rental on the market quite yet and Janice was incredibly understanding and always kept the lines of communication open. Janice consistently checked in to say hello and it was never annoying, as my mother was constantly bombarded with “investors” or realtors with a spiel. Janice persistence paid off, since we liked her and especially her professionalism, we finally listed mother’s rental in 2021. That rental listing was an absolute nightmare, I honestly feel that other realtors would’ve just walked away but not Janice. She rolled up her sleeves and provided solutions that kept us on track to close, it didn’t matter to her that this was a “small sale” this is where we really saw her integrity shine. She worked so hard for us that we knew she would be the only realtor for our next transaction and the following one after that! If you want a kind, professional, solution driven, experienced realtor then reach out to Janice Favela. She’s the best in the business.

Janice is a very knowledgeable realtor who guided us through this stressful process with the calmness of a seasoned veteran with many years of experience and made the process more easy than my wife and I thought, kudos to Janice and her team, highly recommend her when looking tp sell or buy a house please reach out to her and her team.
